Marc Thibodeau is a freelance Illustrator/cartoonist/graphic designer based out of Western Massachusetts. He has been drawing since he was old enough to hold a crayon, and his inspirations are cartoonists Bill Watterson (Calvin & Hobbes) and Charles Schulz (Peanuts), and children’s book illustrator/animator Bill Peet (101 Dalmatians, The Sword in the Stone).
After spending roughly 10 years in the newspaper & publishing industry as a graphic designer, he now works on a freelance basis, being a stay-at-home-Dad and focusing on various graphic design accounts and art/cartooning projects. His recent work includes a wide range subjects, from cartoony mascots, to Facebook/Website headers, to comic strips for blogs and newsletters, to illustrations for children’s books.
